Most plans are drawn to a 1/4 inch scale or 1/8 inch scale depending on the size of the house. Scale will be called out on the plans.

All plans will include a copy of the licensing agreement which include copyright release and restrictions.

HVAC Plan **

(These plans can be obtained from a local architect, residential designer or trades person.)

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that all plans be engineered by a local engineer or architect. Some localities require this.

Foundation Plan

Most plans have a slab foundation however some have an option of crawl space, basement or piling foundation. If you would like a crawlspace, basement or piling foundation and it is not offered in the plan you like, we do offer modification services to meet those needs.

Wall sections/details

Most plans come with concrete block construction or 2 x 6 wood frame construction. In plans that only offer concrete block construction we do include a conversion page that allows for easy conversion from concrete block construction to 2 x 6 wood frame construction. If you are interested in any other type of construction we do offer modification services to meet those needs.
