1. Original PSH clients who need another copy of their plans
2. New owners or real-estate agents for PSH-designed homes
3. Contractors or design professionals working on a PSH project

Fees

Original PSH client, project > 5 years old
$85 archival retrieval fee – covers search, verification, packaging, and a downloadable PDF/ZIP.

‍Not the original PSH client (new owner, agent, contractor, etc.)
If we find a matching project:
-  $575 if a full plan set is available
-  $175 if only partial/incomplete plans are available
(We’ll confirm which applies before asking you to pay.)
